Imported hyaluronic acid filler adds volume. At Zero Lab we use Belotero and Restylane, and for thin-skinned areas such as under the eyes we use the dedicated product Restylane Eyelight. Its longer duration is the main difference from domestic filler.
How do domestic and imported fillers differ?
How long it lasts — Imported filler lasts about 1 year to 18 months, domestic filler about 3 to 6 months.
How to choose — Choose imported filler when you want to hold a shape for longer or extend the interval between sessions.

Before your treatment
- Muscle weakness, allergic reaction or inflammation may occur. If an injection near the eyes, such as at the glabella, blocks a vessel supplying the eye there is a risk of visual loss or blindness, and blocking a vessel elsewhere carries a risk of skin necrosis.
- Make-up and washing of the treated area are possible after 2 to 3 hours. (Remove the recovery tape after 2 to 3 hours.)
- Alcohol, saunas and strenuous exercise carry a risk of inflammation, so please avoid them for about a week.
- Bruising, swelling and discomfort may last 1 to 2 weeks.
- Pressing hard on the treated area may deform the shape, so please take care.
- Unless you have a drug allergy, we recommend taking the antibiotics prescribed.
- If the treated area turns increasingly dark, or severe pain or blistering appears, please contact the clinic immediately.
- Please protect the injection sites from sunlight for a while.
- An allergic reaction may cause increasing swelling or itching after the treatment.
- * These are side effects that, although rare, may occur with filler treatment.
- * If symptoms worsen, please contact the clinic straight away.
