- Please avoid make-up and washing of the treated area on the day if you can.
- Please avoid alcohol, smoking and exercise on the day of the treatment if you can.
- Bruising and swelling may last 1 to 2 weeks after the treatment.
- Uneven swelling or redness afterwards settles on its own, often within 1 to 2 days, so there is no need for concern.
- Please take care with moisturising and apply sunscreen when going outdoors.
